Traffictalk forum rules govern your use of the forums and chat rooms (i.e. Service Station). They are mainly commonsense and courtesy but your adherence to them will ensure a positive experience is had by all.
Please post to the most relevant forum – please try to use the right forum for your new topic. If you feel there isn’t a correctly title “room” then ask us and we’ll make one! Unsuitable topics will be moved to the chat room or maybe closed.
Please don’t ‘hijack’ topics – try to stay on a topic. If you want a serious discussion don’t spoil a light hearted topic or vice versa – start a new topic for yourself.
Please don’t be anonymous and unregistered, people like to know who they are talking to.
Please don’t write all in UPPERCASE - this considered to be shouting. OKAY PEOPLE!? J
We encourage a healthy exchange of opinions and disagreements are allowed! Do challenge opinions but do it respectfully. Name calling and abuse will not be tolerated.
Traffictalk’s decision is final. Posting in the forum will be taken as acceptance of these rules. If people stray outside the reasonable request below then their posting will be removed by the moderators. If you come across someone breaching these rule or would like to report a convention of the guideline please use the contact us form.
Do not personally insult another user – The forums are not to be used to harass, threaten or attack anyone or to behave in a way that will cause distress to other users.
Please don’t impersonate other users.
Please do not insult or defame Traffictalk or post threads about the moderating. If you feel your post/thread has been unreasonable moved or deleted, please talk to us first! We’re willing to discuss it! Post of complaints about Traffictalk will always be removed, obviously.
Please don’t use the forum for nattering to your mates or discuss personal issues. Please that this off line or use the service station chat room. Remember, what you post in here may be picked up by Google may remain on the forum for many months.
Do not collect or distribute personal data of Traffictalk members without first obtaining the consent of Traffictalk, and obviously the member concerned.
